According to Local Market Monitor, Texas is a great place to be a property owner.
Although property values in Texas are not expected to rise in 2009, at least values aren't on the decline like many regions of the nation.
Austin didn't make the top 10, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston & San Antonio did!
